New Patient Enquiries
Currently, we do not have availability to take on new patients before April 2025. Please contact us at a later date if you still would like to organise an assessment. However, please note that we do not hold a waiting list and we do not know at what point we will have availability to take on new patients. When there is availability, we first assess whether we can offer the right type service for you before we organise an assessment. Details of this can be find under “How I Work” section.
We are aware that there is a high demand on mental health services and it can be difficult to organise help and support. The timescale stated above is approximate. Please contact your GP to discuss your concerns if you have not been able to access support.
Please send us an email at info@esracaglar.com if you have any questions.

About Me
I am a psychiatrist with over 15 years of experience. I work with children, adolescents and young adults and have special interest in psychotherapy, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mood and anxiety disorders. I am interested in the scientific truth and my patients' unique experiences. My aim is to support families and individuals to navigate through difficulties in life so that they can achieve their full potential.
How I Work
At your first visit, I will conduct a thorough review of your current difficulties. I focus on helping everyone to feel at ease in a safe space and give them the opportunity to express themselves. I engage children in a creative, gentle, friendly way and use toys and art material in the process.
